We understand that each child and their family are unique and that there is no one size fits all! We approach sleep holistically and love using gentle, in-room and responsive techniques, all of which are supported by the latest scientific research.

We believe when working alongside our families, understanding their parenting style, lifestyle and most importantly getting to know their little ones and their temperament, allows us to provide sleep solutions that is perfect just for them! This all results in helping them to develop healthy sleep habits for their little one and making positive changes for the whole family!

About me

Hi there, I’m Maddie.

I am a wife, mum to two gorgeous girls, and a Certified Baby and Child Sleep Consultant.

Having worked previously as a Sleep Therapist and CPAP Consultant with Adults, helping to diagnose and treat their sleep apnoea has further developed my passion to learn more about the ‘world of sleep’.

I have always loved babies and children, and of course, I love my sleep! Don’t we all?! So, I have combined my two loves, and this is where it has led me.

Having experienced the effects of sleep deprivation first-hand with my children, I know just how easy it is to become overwhelmed and frustrated! There is so much conflicting advice on the internet, and it is hard to know what is right, where to start or how to start improving your little one’s sleep!

When I work one on one with my families, I am there to simplify, educate, empower, guide, and support you every step of the way and most importantly celebrate those wins with you!
